A company merch store is your own branded online shop where employees, members, fans or franchisees order approved merchandise themselves. You stop being the middleman for every t-shirt request, and every item that goes out is on-brand because you approved the catalog once.

We design, build and launch the store on Shopify, then produce and ship the orders from our North Las Vegas facility. One vendor for the store and the merchandise behind it.

Minimum quantities

No inventory minimum to launch. A print-on-demand store can go live with zero units in stock — each order is produced when it is placed, with a one-piece minimum.

If you choose the stocked model, we recommend production minimums of 24 pieces per screen-printed design and 12 per embroidered design, since that is where the cost per piece drops. Most stores run a hybrid: core items stocked, everything else on demand.

Pricing — starting prices

Need more than 75 products, or a more complex build? Contact us for a custom quote and a free scope call. Merchandise is billed separately as it is produced, so your store cost and your product cost stay clearly separated.

Turnaround time

Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at checkout, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control.

1. Place your order or request a quote and send whatever logo files you have.
2. Our design team produces a digital mockup.
3. You review and approve — nothing is produced before you sign off.
4. We decorate, quality-check, pack and ship.

Store build timeline is separate from merchandise production. A webstore build starts with a free scope call, then design, catalog loading and launch. Merchandise produced through the store follows the standard 10–14 business day window after design approval, and print-on-demand items ship faster because approval happens once per design rather than once per order.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a company merch store cost?

A standalone Shopify webstore build is $2,500 and includes catalog setup, payment and shipping configuration, design and launch training. A full website with a webstore add-on runs $2,500–$5,400 depending on page count and catalog size. Merchandise is billed separately as it is produced.

Do I have to buy inventory up front?

No. A print-on-demand store launches with zero inventory and produces each order as it comes in. You can add stocked items later once you know what sells.

Can employees pay for their own items?

Yes. That is the most common setup — the store takes payment directly. We can also configure company-funded allowances or budget codes.

Can you ship to each employee individually?

Yes. Each order ships to the address entered at checkout, so distributed teams and franchise locations all get their own shipment.

Can the store be private or internal-only?

Yes. We can password-protect the store or restrict access so only your people can order.

Who manages the store after launch?

You can, and we train your team at launch. Most clients have us keep managing production, restocking and new product additions while they handle promotion internally.

How many products can the store have?

Catalog tiers cover up to 25, 50 or 75 products. Beyond 75, contact us for a custom quote.

What platform do you build on?

Shopify. It handles payments, taxes, shipping and reporting reliably, and it is what our own store runs on, so we know it well.
