Custom Printed Event Tents & Canopies
A branded canopy is the most visible thing you can put at an outdoor event. We print full-color custom event tents on commercial-grade aluminum pop-up frames and ship them anywhere in the United States. Everything is designed and produced through our North Las Vegas facility.

Minimum quantities
Minimum order is one (1) tent. There is no bulk minimum on event tents, walls or accessories — you can order a single canopy directly from the site. Multi-unit and multi-location programs are quoted individually; if you need matching tents for several branches, franchises or school sites, contact us and we will price the run and hold your artwork on file for reorders.

Decoration and print methods
Tent canopies, walls, table covers and flags are dye-sublimation printed. The ink is bonded into the polyester fibre rather than sitting on top of it, so the graphic will not crack, peel or wash out, and the fabric stays soft enough to fold into a carry bag. Full-color photographic artwork, gradients and edge-to-edge coverage are all standard — there is no per-color charge like there is in screen printing.
For the apparel and giveaway side of an event we also run screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-film (DTF) printing in the same building, so booth graphics and staff uniforms can be produced and shipped together.
Turnaround time
Production runs on approval, not on order date. The sequence is:
- Place your order and upload your logo or artwork.
- Our design team lays the artwork out across the canopy and sends you a digital mockup.
- You review and approve the proof — nothing is printed before you sign off.
- We print, finish, quality-check and ship.

How much does a custom event tent cost?
A 10ft custom event tent with a printed canopy and frame starts at $658.35. A 15ft is $1,087.35 and a 20ft is $1,285.35. Adding walls, flags and a printed table cover typically brings a complete 10x10 setup to roughly $1,200–$1,500, which is why most customers choose the $1,250 Basic Booth Package instead of buying parts separately.
What size tent fits a standard 10x10 trade show booth?
A 10ft tent. Standard trade show booths are 10ft x 10ft, so a 10ft canopy fills the footprint without crossing into your neighbour's space. Confirm with show management first — some indoor halls restrict overhead structures.
Can I order just one tent?
Yes. Minimum order is a single tent, and you can buy it directly online.
Do I need to supply print-ready artwork?
No. Upload whatever logo files you have and our design team will lay out the canopy and send you a mockup. We will tell you if a file is too low-resolution before it becomes a problem.
Can I reprint just the canopy graphic and keep the frame?
Yes. Canopy graphics and frames are sold separately — a replacement frame is $425.00 — so you can refresh branding each season without rebuying hardware.
Are the tents waterproof and wind-rated?
The canopies are water-resistant polyester on aluminum frames, suitable for typical outdoor event conditions. We strongly recommend the 4-piece sandbag weight set ($90.73) at every outdoor event, and taking the canopy down in high wind.
Do you ship to convention centers?
Yes. We ship nationwide and can deliver directly to a venue, hotel or show contractor. Give us the booth number and the advance-warehouse deadline when you order.
Do you serve customers outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We produce in North Las Vegas and ship nationwide. Local customers can pick up.
