Promotional product minimums are set by the manufacturer, not by us, and vary by item. As a practical guide:

• Pens, lanyards and low-cost giveaways — typically 100–250 pieces.
• Drinkware, bags and notebooks — typically 24–100 pieces.
• Tech items and power banks — typically 25–50 pieces.
• Gift boxes and kits — we quote these individually and have built them at low volume for executive and VIP lists.

Tell us your quantity and budget first. There is almost always an item that hits your number — we would rather move you to a better-fitting product than push you into a minimum you do not need.

Pricing — starting prices

The table above shows real starting prices from our catalog. Per-piece cost drops as quantity rises, and decoration method affects the number: a one-color pad print costs less than a full-color wrap.

Practical budgeting guide:

• Under $5 per person — pens, lanyards, keyrings, stickers, can coolers.
• $5–$15 per person — notebooks, totes, caps, basic drinkware.
• $15–$40 per person — insulated tumblers, power banks, blankets, backpacks.
• $40+ per person — executive gift boxes, premium outerwear, curated kits.

Decoration methods

• Pad printing — the standard for pens, hard plastics and small logo areas.
• Laser engraving — permanent, premium look on metal drinkware and tech.
• UV and full-color digital printing — photographic artwork on bottles and boxes.

• Dye-sublimation — edge-to-edge coverage on polyester and hard-coated items.

We will recommend the method that survives real use. A laser-engraved tumbler still looks right in year three; a cheap print on the same tumbler does not survive the dishwasher.

Turnaround time

Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at checkout, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control.

Note on promotional products specifically: some items ship from supplier warehouses and can move faster than 10–14 days, while custom-molded or overseas-produced items take longer. If you have a hard event date, tell us the date first and we will only show you items that can make it.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

In most cases yes. Ask when you request the quote. Pre-production samples of a decorated item are also possible on larger orders.
