Merchandise Fulfillment & Warehousing
Most merchandise problems are not printing problems — they are logistics problems. Boxes in a conference room, no idea what is left in which size, someone hand-writing shipping labels the week of an event. We hold your inventory in our North Las Vegas warehouse, count it, pick it, pack it and ship it.
Because we also produce your merchandise, there is no handoff between a printer and a 3PL. The inventory never leaves the building it was made in.

Minimum quantities
Fulfillment has no per-order minimum — we will ship a single item.
What has a minimum is the production that fills the warehouse. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces per design, embroidery at 12, and direct-to-film at one. The usual program shape is: produce core items in bulk at the best per-piece price, warehouse them with us, then ship one at a time as orders come in. You get bulk economics with single-unit flexibility.
Pricing — starting prices
Fulfillment is quoted on your actual profile rather than a fixed rate card, because the cost drivers vary a lot between programs. What we price on:

Merchandise production itself starts at $3.20 for a blank tee, and published bundles start at $369 for 25 printed tees plus 25 hats:

Every bundle includes a one-color front logo print, a professional digital mockup and final artwork approval before production.
Decoration methods
Everything we warehouse, we can also decorate in the same facility: screen printing (24+ pieces), embroidery (12+), direct-to-film (1+), and dye-sublimation for tents, banners and table covers. Promotional products are decorated by pad print, laser engraving or UV printing depending on the item.
The practical benefit: if a program needs 200 screen-printed tees now and eight one-off DTF shirts for new hires next month, both happen in the same building, from the same artwork file, on the same account. See all services.
Turnaround time
Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at checkout, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control.

Fulfillment moves much faster than production. Once your inventory is in our warehouse, picking and shipping an existing item is a same-day or next-business-day operation, not a 10–14 day one. The 10–14 day window applies to producing new inventory, not to shipping stock we already hold.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer merchandise fulfillment and warehousing?
Yes. We warehouse inventory in our North Las Vegas facility and pick, pack and ship individual orders, including blind drop shipping under your brand.
What does blind shipping mean?
The package arrives with your branding on it. Nothing identifies 4Winners as the shipper, so your customer's experience is entirely yours.
Is there a minimum order for fulfillment?
No. We will ship a single item. Minimums apply to producing the inventory, not to shipping it.
How fast do orders ship?
For items already in our warehouse, same-day or next-business-day is normal. The 10–14 business day window applies to producing new merchandise, not to shipping existing stock.
Can you ship to a convention center or hotel?
Yes. We ship direct to venues, hotels and show contractors. Give us the booth number and the advance warehouse deadline and we will hit it.
Can you assemble kits and gift boxes?
Yes. Kitting and assembly with custom packaging and inserts is standard — onboarding kits, client gift boxes, event bags and sponsor packages.
Can you integrate with my online store?
Yes. If we built your company merch store, orders flow straight into fulfillment. If you already have a store, tell us the platform and we will confirm the setup.
How do I know what inventory is left?
We run counts and flag low stock before it becomes a stockout, so reprints get scheduled instead of rushed.
Should I warehouse inventory or use print-on-demand?
Warehouse when you know what sells and want the best per-piece price. Use print-on-demand when demand is unpredictable and dead stock is the bigger risk. Most programs do both.
