We are a full-service merchandise company, not a broker. Screen printing, embroidery and direct-to-film all happen in our own North Las Vegas facility, alongside graphic design, warehousing and order fulfillment. That means one point of contact, one invoice and one team accountable for how your finished product looks.

Because we run direct-to-film in house, there is no true minimum on 4Winners orders — if you need one shirt, we can print one shirt. The 24- and 12-piece minimums exist because that is where screen printing and embroidery become the cheaper method, not because we will not take the job.

Every bundle includes a one-color front logo print, a professional digital mockup and final artwork approval before production.

Those are garment-only prices before decoration. Decoration is priced by quantity, number of colors and placement count — the more you order, the lower the per-piece cost. Send us a quantity and a logo and we will send back a firm number.

Turnaround time
Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at checkout, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control.

It depends on the method. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces, embroidery at 12, and direct-to-film or print-on-demand at one piece. Event tents, banners and displays have no minimum.
How much does custom merchandise cost?
Our published bundles start at $369 for 25 printed t-shirts plus 25 hats. For custom runs, blank t-shirts start at $3.20, hoodies at $11.40 and polos at $13.00 before decoration, and decoration cost drops as quantity rises.
How long does it take?

Do you print in house or send it out?
In house. Screen printing, embroidery and DTF all run in our North Las Vegas facility, which is why we can hold a deadline and fix a problem the same day.
Can you handle multiple locations or franchises?

Do you serve customers outside Las Vegas?
Yes. We produce in North Las Vegas and ship nationwide. Local customers are welcome to pick up.
Do I need print-ready artwork?
No. Send whatever you have. Our design team will build a mockup and tell you if a file is too low resolution before it becomes a problem.
