Print-on-demand means nothing is produced until someone buys it. No inventory, no cash tied up in boxes of unsold shirts, no guessing which size sells. We produce each order as it comes in from our North Las Vegas facility and ship it directly to your customer with your branding on the package.

Because we run direct-to-film in house, the practical minimum is one piece — and unlike most print-on-demand platforms, you are dealing with a real production facility and a named contact, not a support ticket queue.

Minimum quantities

Minimum order is one (1) piece. That is the entire point of print-on-demand. There is no setup fee per order, no color charge and no size minimum.

The tradeoff is per-piece cost. One shirt costs meaningfully more than each shirt in a run of 100. Our recommendation is honest and simple: start on print-on-demand to find out what sells, then move your proven top sellers to screen printing at 24+ pieces and keep the long tail on demand.

Decoration methods

Direct-to-film (DTF) is the workhorse of print-on-demand. A full-color transfer is printed and heat-pressed onto the garment, so:

• There is no screen setup and no per-color charge — a 40-color photographic design costs the same as a one-color logo.
• It works on cotton, polyester and blends, including dark garments.
• A single piece is economically viable.

We also offer embroidery from 12 pieces for polos, caps and premium items, and dye-sublimation for all-over polyester coverage. When volume justifies it, screen printing becomes the cheapest option per piece. See all decoration methods.

Turnaround time

Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at checkout, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control.

3. You review and approve — nothing is produced before you sign off.
4. We decorate, quality-check, pack and ship.

Print-on-demand specifically: once your designs are approved and loaded, individual orders do not go back through proofing. Approval happens once, up front, per design — after that orders flow straight to production, which is much faster than the standard 10–14 day window.

What is the minimum order for print-on-demand?

One piece. We print each order as it comes in, so there is no inventory commitment and no size minimum.

How much does print-on-demand cost?

Per piece: blank plus DTF decoration, with no setup fee. Blank tees start at $3.20 and hoodies at $11.40 in our catalog. Expect a higher per-piece cost than a bulk run — that is what you are trading for zero inventory risk.

Do you have your own print-on-demand platform?

We build you a real Shopify webstore rather than putting you on a shared marketplace. A standalone webstore build is $2,500 and includes catalog setup, payment and shipping configuration, mobile-responsive design, and launch support and training. See company merch stores.

Can you ship directly to my customers?

Yes. Blind drop shipping is standard — the package shows your branding, not ours. Custom packaging and inserts are available.

How is this different from Printful or Printify?

Three things. We are a US facility in North Las Vegas rather than a routing layer over third-party printers, so quality is consistent order to order. You get a named contact who answers the phone at (702) 630-4646. And when a design starts selling, we can move it to screen printing in the same building and improve your margin — a marketplace platform cannot do that.

Can I switch a design from print-on-demand to bulk later?

Yes, and you should. Once a design consistently sells, screen printing at 24+ pieces lowers your cost per piece significantly. We keep your artwork on file, so the switch is straightforward.

Can you hold inventory instead?

What quality are the blanks?

We stock from value blanks through premium brands including Bella+Canvas, OGIO, TravisMathew and GO Leisure. Tell us your target retail price and we will recommend a blank that supports it.
