One-off merch orders are easy. A program is different: consistent branding across every department and location, predictable budgets, approved catalogs, kits that go out automatically when someone is hired, and a single vendor accountable for all of it. That is what we build.
Everything runs through our North Las Vegas facility — design, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, warehousing and fulfillment — so your program has one point of contact instead of five suppliers pointing at each other.

Because we run direct-to-film in house, there is no true minimum on 4Winners orders — if you need one shirt, we can print one shirt. The 24- and 12-piece minimums exist because that is where screen printing and embroidery become the cheaper method, not because we will not take the job.
For programs specifically: we normally produce core items in bulk at the best price, warehouse them, and release them against orders as they come in. That gets you bulk pricing without a bulk-sized delivery to your office.

Programs are quoted, but the underlying costs are transparent. Published flat-price bundles are the easiest starting reference:

We stock value blanks through premium brands including OGIO, TravisMathew and GO Leisure.

Turnaround time
Standard production is 10–14 business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at artwork approval, not at checkout, so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control.

- You review and approve — nothing is produced before you sign off.

For recurring programs we build a production calendar so you are not racing a deadline every quarter. Once your artwork and garments are locked in, restocks skip the proofing step entirely.

Frequently asked questions
What is a corporate merchandise program?
An approved catalog, agreed budgets and a repeatable process, instead of one-off orders. You approve the items and branding once; after that departments, locations or employees order from the same catalog and we produce and ship it.
Can you handle multiple locations and franchises?
Yes. Split shipping to each site on a single order, or a self-serve store where each location orders within your rules. Artwork is stored centrally so branding stays identical everywhere.
Can you build and ship new-hire onboarding kits?
Yes. We assemble the kit, add custom packaging and inserts, and ship to each hire's home address. Send us a name and address and the kit goes out.
Do we have to store the merchandise?
No. We warehouse it in North Las Vegas and ship on demand, so you get bulk pricing without a storage problem. See merchandise fulfillment.
How do you keep branding consistent?
We lock your logo files, colors, approved garments and placements into a program spec, then work from that spec on every reorder. Nothing gets produced from a re-typed color code or a logo pulled off a website.
What are your minimums for a program?
Screen printing 24 pieces, embroidery 12, and one piece on direct-to-film. Because we run DTF in house, low-volume items in a program are still viable.
Can you invoice and offer terms?

Can you handle our trade show needs too?
Yes, and that is often the best reason to consolidate. Booth, tent, backdrop, table cover, staff apparel and giveaways all produced together on one deadline. Booth packages start at $1,250.
