Custom Event Tent Sizes and Prices: A Straight Buyer's Guide
A branded canopy is the single most visible thing you can put at an outdoor event. It is also the item people research the least before buying. Here is what the sizes are, what they cost, and what actually matters.
1. Pick the size by your booth space, not your budget

Almost every trade show and farmers market booth is 10ft x 10ft, so a 10ft canopy fills the footprint without crossing into your neighbour's space. Buy 15ft or 20ft only when you have confirmed the space.
2. The accessories that change how the booth performs
- Sandbag weight set, 4-piece — $90.73. Not optional. Every outdoor event, every time. This is the cheapest insurance you will ever buy.
- Printed half wall — $215.97. Defines the space and gives you a place to lean a table without losing the open front.
- Printed full wall / backdrop, 10ft — $288.59. Turns the tent into a photo backdrop and blocks sun and wind from one side. 15ft is $427.10, 20ft is $572.04.
- 14ft feather flag with pole — $115.42. Visible from across a parking lot when the tent is not. Buy two.
- Printed 6ft table cover — $162.99. The cheapest way to stop your booth looking half-finished.
3. Why frames and graphics are sold separately
A replacement 10ft frame is $425.00, which means the frame is roughly two-thirds of the cost of a complete tent. Buy the frame once. When your branding or message changes, reprint the canopy graphic and keep the hardware. Over three seasons that is a meaningful difference.
4. How printed tents are actually made
Canopy tops, walls, table covers and flags are dye-sublimation printed: the ink is bonded into the polyester fibre instead of sitting on top of it. Practically, that means:
- The graphic will not crack, peel or wash out.
- The fabric stays soft enough to fold into a carry bag.
- Full-color photographic art, gradients and edge-to-edge coverage cost the same as a simple logo — there is no per-color charge like there is in screen printing.
5. What to check before you order
- Is the event indoors? Many convention halls prohibit overhead structures. Ask show management. If tents are not allowed, an SEG or tension fabric display gives similar impact.
- What is your real deadline? Standard production is 10–14 business days after proof approval. Rush is available — call (702) 630-4646 first.
- Where is it shipping? We can ship direct to a convention center, hotel or show contractor. Get the booth number and the advance warehouse deadline before you order.
- Do you have usable artwork? You do not need print-ready files. Send what you have; our design team lays out the canopy and sends a mockup, and we will flag a low-resolution file before it becomes a problem at tent scale.
6. Buy the tent or buy the package?
A 10ft tent at $658.35 plus a table cover at $162.99 plus two feather flags at $115.42 each comes to $1,052.18. The Basic Booth Setup is $1,250 and includes the same items plus professional design and a digital mockup, printed from one matched artwork file. If you need all of it, the package is the better buy.
